Introduction:

          Glass grid  is characterized by high tensile strength in axial and lateral directions, low elongation , alkali-resistance, high temperature-resistance, as well as convenience in construction and low price. It can be used on pitch pavement, bituminous

concrete pavement and cement pavement to prevent cracks occurring and prolong pavement service life. It also can be used as a basal reinforcement material for hill sides, reservoirs, harbors, ports, water channels, and seawalls.

Applications:

a.  Reinforcement of roads and crack prevention.

b.  Constructing new roads and repairing damaged sections of
asphalt surfaces of roads, motorways, parking, airport surfaces
and access ways. 

c.  Expanding thoroughfares and road lanes. 

d.  Asphalt reinforcing at locations subject to intensive vehicle
braking or accelerating, important junctions, bus stops et c.
